It is being proposed that:
We, the overwhelming majority of the people of the world find a way to establish world peace, because that is what we all want. It’s what is best for the human race, and best for all generations yet to come.
The new approach will be based on universally accepted principles and our needs, such as our need for freedom, justice, and the equal status of all people, and so forth.
There will be cooperation between the ordinary people of the world and the global administration, for there is no such cooperation today, and cooperation ought to be an integral part of global governance, if it is to be welcomed by the people of the world.
The new global administration will consist of local, national and an international assembly. And that the most suitable people, will first be nominated, and later elected by the people of the world, to serve on the assemblies.
We, the people of each nation, hold a referendum, as soon as possible, to decide whether the people of each nation wish to have a new approach of this general nature, or to remain with the existing corrupt system.
The International Assembly will prepare an agreement, that will give all people, all of their rights, and that they will agree not to take up office until the people of the world have ratified their agreement.
All of the services of each nation, such as the legal system, the banking system, the army, the police force, and so on will exist to benefit the people of the nation. And that Courts of Law will become Courts of Justice, based on justice, to guarantee justice, to everyone in the world.
The new approach will be a confederation of the nations of the world, which means that each nation will support all of the other nations, so that this new just and truly democratic approach to global governance will last throughout the ages.
As soon as the agreement has been ratified by the people, the International Assembly will decide on an appropriate day to make the transition from the old, to the new approach, and that it will be business as usual, except the affairs of the world will be in the hands the the Assemblies, that will exist to serve the people of the nations of the world.
That we the people of the world, will create a new global civilisation, based of being civilised.
